Section 13-5-14 - List of names placed in jury wheel to be delivered to senior circuit judge-minute entry

At any time the jury commission places names in the jury wheel, the jury commission shall also deliver to the senior circuit judge a list of all names placed on or in the jury wheel, and said circuit judge shall spread upon the minutes of the circuit court all of the names so placed in the jury wheel.Laws, 1974, ch. 378, § 5(3), eff. 1/1/1975.
