Section 13-5-30 - Summoning of jurors where there is shortage of petit jurors drawn from jury box

If there is an unanticipated shortage of available petit jurors drawn from a jury box, the court may require the sheriff to summon a sufficient number of petit jurors selected at random by the clerk from the jury box in a manner prescribed by the court.Laws, 1974, ch. 378, § 6(4), eff. 1/1/1975.
