The board of supervisors of each county and the municipal governing authority of each municipality comprising a human resource agency may, in their discretion, set aside, appropriate and expend funds from the general fund or federal revenue sharing funds to defray the administrative expenses incurred in the operation of such human resource agency.Laws, 1974, ch. 506, § 6; Laws, 1986, ch. 400, § 4, eff. 10/1/1986.
