Section 17-17-435 - Duty of wholesale sellers of lead acid batteries; removal of batteries accepted in transfer from battery retailers

Any person selling new lead acid batteries at wholesale shall accept from customers at the point of transfer, used lead acid batteries in a quantity at least equal to the number of new batteries purchased, if offered by customers.
