After being notified by the department that a plastic container does not comply with the provisions of Section 17-17-207, a person who violates Section 17-17-207, is subject to a civil penalty of not less than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) nor more than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) for each day of violation and may be enjoined from such violations.Laws, 1991, ch. 494, § 7, eff. 4/1/1991.
