Section 17-17-215 - Disposition of compost not conforming to criteria prescribed by Commission

If compost is produced which does not meet the criteria prescribed by the Commission on Environmental Quality for agricultural and other use, the compost must be reprocessed or disposed of in a manner approved by the Commission on Environmental Quality, unless a different application is specifically authorized by the Commission on Environmental Quality.Laws, 1991, ch. 494, § 9, eff. 4/1/1991.
