Section 17-17-41 - Construction or operation of recycling plants or sale or gift of solid wastes not prohibited

Nothing in Sections 17-17-33 through 17-17-41 shall be construed to prohibit private enterprise or other agencies from the construction or operation of recycling plants or to prohibit the sale or gift of solid wastes to private enterprise or other agencies by local governments.Laws, 1976, ch. 341, § 5, eff. 4/14/1976.
