Section 17-25-34 - All Fuels Act of 2021; prohibition against law, rule, ordinance, etc

(1) No political subdivision of this state may adopt an ordinance, resolution, regulation, code or policy that prohibits, or has the effect of prohibiting the expansion, utilization, connection or reconnection of a service based upon the type or source of energy to be delivered to an individual customer.(2) For purposes of this section, the term 'political subdivision' shall have the same meaning as provided under Section 11-46-1.Added by Laws, 2021, ch. 345, HB 632,§ 2, eff. 3/17/2021.
