Section 17-25-7 - Prohibition against ordinance restricting woman's right to breast-feed absent state authorization

No county, municipality or other political subdivision shall enact any ordinance restricting a woman's right to breast-feed her child until such time as the state may authorize a county, municipality or other political subdivision to enact such an ordinance. Laws, 2006, ch. 520, § 2, eff. 4/3/2006.
