Section 17-3-23 - Convention bureau boards

In the event a convention bureau or bureaus are established hereunder, there shall be a convention bureau board which shall consist of three (3) members appointed by the governing authorities of each participating county or municipality. All of the members of said boards shall serve at the discretion of their respective appointing authority. Vacancies which shall occur shall be filled in the same manner as the original appointment.Laws, 1974, ch. 493, § 2, eff. 4/2/1974.
