Unless otherwise provided therein, any action taken by any municipality under Sections 17-3-9 through 17-3-19 shall be taken by the governing body of that municipality in the manner otherwise provided by law for an act taken by that municipality.Codes, 1942, § 3374-197; Laws, 1970, ch. 464, § 6, eff. 4/6/1970.
