Smith County is bounded by beginning at the northwest corner of township four, range six, east; thence east to the Choctaw boundary; thence northerly with said boundary to the line between townships four and five, north; thence east on said township line to the line between ranges nine and ten, east; thence south on said range line to the Choctaw boundary line; thence west on said boundary line to the line between ranges sixteen and seventeen, west; thence north to the Choctaw boundary line; thence northwest to the line between townships two and three, north; thence west on said township line to the line between ranges five and six, east; thence north on said range line to the beginning.
