Kemper County is bounded by beginning at the northwest corner of township twelve, range fourteen, east; thence east between townships twelve and thirteen to the boundary line with the State of Alabama; thence southerly on said boundary line to the line between townships eight and nine, north; thence west with said township line to the line between ranges thirteen and fourteen, east; thence north on said range line to the beginning.
