Section 19-19-7 - Constable to attend justices' court

It shall be the duty of the constable to attend the justices' courts of his district, and to obey their lawful orders. He shall execute all judgments of said courts in any criminal case before them.Codes, 1880, § 393; 1892, § 773; 1906, § 835; Hemingway's 1917, § 641; 1930, § 636; 1942, § 3891.
