Section 19-25-33 - Dispensing with appointment of bailiffs

In all civil cases, where there is a jury, and in criminal case capital, the judge of the county court or circuit court, as the case may be, may, in his discretion, dispense with the appointment of bailiffs.Codes, 1942, § 4240.5; Laws, 1966, ch. 388, eff. 2/17/1966.
