Section 19-25-77 - Support of prisoner confined for contempt

When a prisoner in custody for contempt of court shall be unable to support himself, the sheriff shall be allowed the same compensation for the support of such person as is allowed for keeping other prisoners, to be paid in the same way out of the county treasury.
