The board of supervisors of any county in the state is authorized, in its discretion, to pay a monthly office allowance to the attorney employed by the board in an amount not exceeding the amount authorized to be paid for secretarial services for the county prosecuting attorney under Section 19-23-19.Added by Laws, 2019, ch. 485, SB 2827,§ 11, eff. 1/1/2020.
