The board of supervisors of each county shall have the power to expend monies from the county general fund to match any other funds for the purpose of establishing juvenile residential treatment centers including, but not limited to, treatment centers and half-way houses.Codes, 1942, § 7185-31; Laws, 1972, ch. 514, § 1, eff. 5/22/1972.
