The board of supervisors of such county or counties may, when deemed proper, combine and use any property now being used for county homes and use such property hereafter as a combined institution to take care of the county paupers and the destitute aged provided for in Section 19-5-31 through 19-5-39, in which event the Golden Age Home may take care of all such persons.Codes, 1942, § 2998.7-03; Laws, 1962, ch. 403, § 3, eff. 6/1/1962.
