The board of supervisors of any county or counties coming within the provisions of Section 19-5-31 through 19-5-39 may issue and sell its full faith and credit bonds as otherwise provided by law to secure funds with which to construct and equip such Golden Age Nursing Homes.Codes, 1942, § 2998.7-06; Laws, 1962, ch. 403, § 6, eff. 6/1/1962.
