Section 19-5-161 - Costs

All costs incident to the publication of the notices and all other costs incident to the public hearing and election provided in Sections 19-5-153 through 19-5-157 may be paid by the board of supervisors, in its discretion, or shall be borne by the parties filing the petition, detailed in Section 19-5-153. The board of supervisors, in its discretion, may require the execution of a cost bond by the parties filing the petition.
