Section 19-9-9 - Levy of special tax

The board of supervisors of such county shall annually levy a special tax upon all of the taxable property within the county, which tax shall be sufficient to provide for the payment of the principal of and the interest on such bonds according to the terms thereof.Codes, 1942, § 2926-04; Laws, 1950, ch. 241, § 4; Laws, 1966, ch. 294, § 1, eff. 5/13/1966.
