Section 21-1-19 - Costs

In the event no objection is made to such petition, all costs of the hearing before the chancellor shall be taxed against the petitioners. In the event objection is made to such petition, such costs may be taxed by the chancellor in such manner as may be deemed by him to be equitable.Codes, 1942, § 3374-09; Laws, 1950, ch. 491, § 9, eff. 7/1/1950.
