The City of Jackson, at all times, shall adequately staff its police department with the necessary number of law enforcement officers. The Jackson Police Department shall continue to enforce all ordinances of the City of Jackson.Amended by Laws, 2023, ch. 546, HB 1020, 10, eff. 7/1/2023.
