A municipality is authorized to make such applications and enter into such contracts for financial assistance in comprehensive planning as may be appropriate under the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, as now or hereafter amended; the Federal Water Pollution Control Act Amendments of 1972 (P. L. 92-500); under Chapter 23 and Chapter 26, Title 33, United States Code; under Chapter 9, Title 40, United States Code and under any other relevant statutes.Laws, 1975, ch. 496, § 5, eff. 4/7/1975.
