Section 21-29-123 - Allowances upon disability and relief fund

All allowances made upon the disability and relief fund for firemen and policemen shall be drawn against the fund by the board of trustees, and shall be issued only upon compliance with the rules and regulations of the board of trustees, or the board of disability and relief appeals.Code, 1942, §§ 3477, 3481; Laws, 1940, ch. 287; Laws, 1987, ch. 511, § 16, eff. 4/30/1987.
