The governing authorities of any municipality in which there is located a port of entry, in any county which has created a county port authority, may, in their discretion and by ordinance, extend the provisions of Sections 21-31-1 through 21-31-27 to all full-paid employees in all departments of such municipality.Codes, 1942, § 3825-15; Laws, 1958, ch. 514.
