Except as otherwise provided in Section 21-33-10, the governing authorities of each municipality shall hold a meeting at the city hall, or at such other place as their regular meetings are held, on the date specified in the notice required by Section 21-33-29, to hear objections to the real and personal rolls and the assessments therein contained. The governing authorities shall hear and determine all objections, and shall sit from day to day until the same shall have been disposed of, and all proper corrections made. The proceedings shall, in all respects, conform to the requirements of law governing such meetings of the county board of supervisors.Codes, 1942, § 3742-14; Laws, 1938, Ex.
