At each regular meeting of the governing authorities of the municipality the claims docket shall be called and all claims then on file not previously paid shall be paid by the governing authorities in the order in which they were entered on the docket.The processing of claims by the governing authority of the municipality shall be subject to the provisions of Sections 31-7-301, 31-7-305, 31-7-309, 31-7-311 and 31-7-313.Codes, 1942, § 3374-87; Laws, 1950, ch. 491, § 87; Laws, 1986, ch. 489, § 11, eff. 4/15/1986.
