Section 23-15-978 - Placement of names of candidates for judicial office should appear on ballot

The names of candidates for judicial office which appear on the ballot at the general election shall be grouped together on a separate portion of the ballot, clearly identified as nonpartisan judicial elections.Laws, 1994, ch 564, § 80, eff. 9/6/1994 (the date the United States Attorney General interposed no objection).
