It is unlawful for any person to distribute or post material in support of or in opposition to a measure within one hundred fifty (150) feet of any entrance to a polling place where the election is held.Laws, 1993, ch. 514, § 28, eff. 8/3/1993 (the date the United States Attorney General interposed no objections under Section 5 of the Voting Rights Act of 1965).
