Section 25-11-405 - Administration of program; delegation of responsibilities

The Board of Trustees of the Public Employees' Retirement System shall provide for the administration of the optional retirement program. The board of trustees may delegate to the state institutions of higher learning certain responsibilities for administering the optional retirement program with respect to each institution's own employees.Laws, 1990, ch. 458, § 3, eff. 3/24/1990.
