Section 25-3-67 - Deductions from municipal employees' salaries for contributions for United Way, insurance, and United States Savings Bonds

The governing authorities of any municipality may, within their discretion, deduct from the salary of any individual municipal employee an amount to be deposited with the municipal credit union, contributions for the United Way, life, health-and-accident insurance and United States Savings Bonds, if a request for such deductions is made in writing by the employee.Laws, 1976, ch. 480, eff. 5/25/1976.
