Section 25-3-71 - Annual report of recommendations of salary increases and amounts

The State Personnel Board shall prepare a written legislative report to be submitted to the members of the Mississippi Legislature on December 1, 1988, and on December 1 of every year thereafter, making recommendations on any salary increases and the amounts deemed necessary for all state elected officials and state appointed officials whose salaries are established by statute.Laws, 1988, ch. 528, § 5, eff. 7/1/1988.Amended by Laws, 2022, ch. 508, HB 1426,§ 4, eff. 7/1/2022.
