Section 25-31-19 - To represent state tax and public service commissions

The several district attorneys, with the Attorney General, are hereby authorized to institute or defend any suits arising out of any act or order of the tax commission or the public service commission affecting the laws and revenues of the state, and are also clothed with such other authority as is conferred upon them at common law.Codes, Hemingway's 1921 Supp, § 3488a; 1930, § 3673; 1942, § 3844; Laws, 1918, ch. 238.
