Section 25-34-15 - Physical presence required for person making statement in or executing signature on record

If a notarial act relates to a statement made in or a signature executed on a record, the individual making the statement or executing the signature must appear physically in person before the notarial officer at the time of the notarial act.Added by Laws, 2020, ch. 382, HB 1156,§ 8, eff. 7/1/2021.
