A person who knowingly violates this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment of not more than ninety (90) days or a fine of not more than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) or both.Added by Laws, 2019, ch. 423, HB 1205,§ 4, eff. 7/1/2019.
