Section 25-7-5 - Payment of fee for recording opinions

The fees of the Clerk of the Supreme Court for recording opinions as required by law shall be payable semiannually out of the state treasury from the proper appropriation, on the certificate of either of the judges of the Supreme Court that the service has been well performed and that the account is true, correct, and just.Codes, 1880, § 1413; 1892, § 1989; 1906, § 2165; Hemingway's 1917, § 1846; 1930, § 1784; 1942, § 3930.
