The county tax assessor may require any person, firm or corporation having any person or persons in their employ, to deliver to him in his official capacity a list of all such persons or employees, showing the names, ages, sex, and residence, if such information is available in the records of the reporting person, firm or corporation.Codes, 1930, § 106; 1942, § 9094.
