The assessor shall perform all of the duties required of him by this chapter, and such other duties as may be required by law, and he shall be compensated as provided in Chapter 3 of Title 25 of the Mississippi Code of 1972.Codes, 1892, § 116; 1906, § 117; Hemingway's 1917, § 3461; 1930, § 102; 1942, § 9090.
