Section 27-103-205 - General Fund Stabilization Reserve and General Fund Reserve abolished; transfer of balances to Working Cash-Stabilization Reserve Fund

(1) The General Fund Stabilization Reserve and the General Fund Reserve are abolished.(2) Any balances remaining in the General Fund Stabilization Reserve and the General Fund Reserve shall be transferred by the State Treasurer into the Working Cash-Stabilization Reserve Fund created pursuant to Section 27-103-203.Laws, 1992, ch. 484 § 3, eff. 5/7/1992.
