The Working Cash Balance Revolving Fund is abolished. Ten Million Dollars ($10,000,000.00) of the balance remaining in the Working Cash Balance Revolving Fund shall be transferred by the State Treasurer into the General Fund and the remainder of such fund shall be transferred by the State Treasurer into the Working Cash-Stabilization Reserve Fund created pursuant to Section 27-103-203.Laws, 1992, ch. 484, § 4, eff. 7/1/1992.
