Section 27-103-109 - Special fund agency reports

Special-fund agencies may be required to file monthly financial statements or reports in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, and such agencies may be required to file quarterly or annual reports. The determination of the type of reports and the periods to be covered by such reports shall be determined by the legislative budget office.Laws, 1984, ch. 488, § 59, eff. 7/1/1984.
