The overall budget so prepared shall be in three (3) parts as specified in Sections 27-103-101 through 27-103-139 and 27-104-1 through 27-104-27 and shall contain a general summary of the three (3) parts.Laws, 1984, ch. 488, § 65, eff. 7/1/1984.
