Sections 27-103-151 through 27-103-157 shall be cited as the 'Mississippi Performance Budget and Strategic Planning Act of 1994.' The processes and procedures established by Sections 27-103-151 through 27-103-157 are derived in large measure from recommendations contained within the study entitled 'The Mississippi Budgeting Process' issued by the Joint Legislative Budget Committee in December 1992 as required by Section 27-103-209.Laws, 1994, ch. 602, § 1, eff. 4/8/1994.
