In counties where county depositories have been designated and qualified as provided by law or which shall hereafter be designated and qualified as provided by law but not for an amount sufficient to cover all county funds belonging to such counties, the provisions of Sections 27-105-333 and 27-105-335 shall be applied to secure depositories for such excess funds in the same manner and under the same conditions as apply to counties where no depositories exist.Codes, 1942, § 9162; Laws, 1932, ch. 215.
