Section 27-106-11 - Annual reporting by the Executive Director of the Department of Finance and Administration

The executive director shall report annually to the Governor, Lieutenant Governor and Speaker of the House of Representatives before October 1 on the status of the federal Comprehensive Iran Sanctions, Accountability, and Divestment Act of 2010 (Public Law 111-195), the 'Iran Divestment Act of 2015,' and any rules or regulations adopted thereunder.Added by Laws, 2015, ch. 487, § 6, eff. 7/1/2015.
