The total authorized expenditure of state funds under the provisions of Sections 27-107-153 through 27-107-167 from either an appropriation by the legislature or from funds borrowed by the commission under the provisions of Section 27-107-165 shall not exceed an aggregate amount of five million dollars ($5,000,000.00).Laws, 1979, 1st Ex Sess. ch. 3, § 6, eff. 5/3/1979.
