Section 27-107-175 - Allocations to agencies with depleted funds; certified copies of minutes of agencies governing boards and application forms

The Commission of Budget and Accounting shall require a certified copy of a resolution, order, or other appropriate excerpt of the official minutes of the state agency governing board, to be of such general form and content as the commission may deem appropriate, together with application forms for such allocations.Laws, 1979, 1st Ex Sess. ch. 4, § 4, eff. 5/3/1979.
