The Commission of Budget and Accounting shall require the governing boards of such state agencies to document all requests for allocations and may include auditing by the state auditor of all expenditures and claims included in the applications.Laws, 1979, 1st Ex Sess. ch. 4, § 6, eff. 5/3/1979.
